1st test cycle. 250-500MG week?

I have:
2 10cc vials of RT Test-E 250mg/ml
1 30cc vial of liquid Nolva 40mg/ml
1 30cc vial of liquid Femara 2.5mg/ml

I have never done test, and I want as many opinions as possible on how much to run. I want to bulk and keep my body fat in check at the same time. The original plan was to run EQ with low test, but this is all I have b/c of finances (EQ/test/winny next time ;) )

I plan on using the Nolva for PCT, and the Femara to keep estrogen/bloat/b-tits in check during the cycle.

The plan is to go 10 weeks on test. I just can't decide if I should use as little as 250mg/week or as much as 500mg/week. As you can see from my supplies, I have enough to run 500mg, I'm just not sure that I need that much.

Too bad you dont have the funds for EQ or Deca....you would be very satisfied. I would run it 500mg X10 if i were you.

I know some will disagree, but I stand strongly by the point that clomid is absolutely needed post cycle and nolva does little to aid in HTPA recovery. This is based on personal experience as well.

I wouldn't start till you pick up the EQ or Deca. Run 500mg of the Test for Ten weeks and 400 Deca for 10 Weeks. If you don't like Deca Run 200-300 EQ a week for 10 weeks.

If I do anything, it will be EQ. Any other bros think that just Test would be unsatisfactory?

Test alone is fine for a first cycle.

Get clomid for post cycle along with the nolva.

guess I could pick up some liquid clomid. better safe than sorry. Is 1.25mg EOD Femara going to be enough for this cycle. I think that is the same as running .5mg eod of Liquidex, if that helps.

Sorry I missed the first cycle part. I would keep it down to 250 Test and 200 EQ if you can. Otherwise weeks 1-4 250 5-6 500 7-10 250. I kept 16 pounds on my first cycle that was mild.

I don't think tapering is recommended anymore. I don't have the EQ, or $150 to buy it.

why pyramid the test? its an old myth its good ty pyramid.. the only thing it does is to Bumping the sides..

Like bdtr said run the test at 500mg/wk.

Also get some clomid it wouldn't hurt to run both the clomid and nolva post cycle.

If you do run the EQ or deca run it at 400mg/wk any less of either is a waste. Also if you do run the EQ or deca run the test 1 week longer.

EX:
weeks 1-10 test 500mg/wk
weeks 1-9 EQ or deca 400mg/wk
weeks 12-15 clomid, nolva or both.

^^^ what he said, only i'd say if you absolutely decide to run another compound for your first cycle, don't let it be deca. It's hard to recover from and you dont know how your body responds to recovery yet. Other than that, i'd just stick the test 10-12 weeks.

I can't stress enough..Test for the first cycle is the best...I think 400-500mg would be great but if you kind of feel scared about it..run 250..RT is awesome stuff..I run Sust250 one cc a week for 8 weeks my first cycle and agained almost 20lbs. and your test is much better than what I had! Your fresh to the game so any AS that is new will make you grow...I'm going on my 4th cycle in about 2-3 months and I will only be using 500mg...and I've gained 25lbs. since Jan. The choice is yours but I always figured start low and work your way up...you have time and if you do 2 cycles a year and gain 40lbs...well you will get pretty fuckin' big with time...Good luck and keep us posted!

any opinions on 1.25 Femara EOD

I hate to bloat..so I run .5 liquidex ED..EOD just doesnt work for me...fem I would do the same thing but you could use the EOD for awhile and see if it enough..I was doing EOD at first but ED helps to keep the bloat down better for me..
