    Anti-E's after first cycle?

My friend that is hooking me up with the sustanon says that anti-e's are not needed after a first cycle. But from what I read it looks like it is. I'm a little confused.

Yes anti-e's are needed. Anytime you run gear and it aromatizes (sp?) into estrogene you run the chance of gyno, high blood preasure, edema.......

Yea I was just wondering because he was trying to tell me that ill be ok cause my bodies used to it. Apparently not true. I thought it was always needed to retain gains.

Not to retain gains but to keep you from getting some of the sides I listed. PCT after your cycle will help you keep most of your gains.

Nolva is used mainly for an anti-e durring a cycle but some use it for PCT. Using only Nolva for PCT may take you longer to recover. Clomid is used for PCT but some use it as a anti-e also but as a anti-e it is weak.

I used Nolva through out my last cycle at 20mg ED and through PCT with Clomid.

Also Nolva isn't the only anti-e out there.
