Don't use the same location more than once a week if possible.
I like my quads however, I rotate using my glutes also. I go left glute, right quad, left quad, right glute.
You can inject in many areas tris,bis,calfs,quads,delts,glutes so you should not have to inject in the same area in a 12 week cycle if you alternate left/right in each of those areas!
i would say glutes for sust... ouch :(
I didn't know you could go left glute or even in the calves

I thought that I read somewhere that you should only inject into the right glute but maybe i'm wrong.
I've been nothing but a quad man for my cycle 2x a week left then right ..

quads and glutes are probly most commmon for a begginer, but like bdtr said, don't inject at the same spot more than once a week. Also if you do glutes make sure you watch out for the sciatic nerve which runs down the middle of your glute, so inject on the upper quadrant to be safe. Good luck.
