done deca/test 3 times looking for advice

guys- I have done deca/sust 3 times now and am not getting such great gains anymore. I know I will not always get that 25 pounds like the first time but does anyone have a reccomendation for another cycle that I could switch to? I am 215 6'2" 8% bf. Someone said Anadrol but with my job I can't afford to get nasty zits on my face. Deca/sust give me terrible acne on my butt and around my hips where my tan lines are but thats it.

Thats my second question- why am I breaking out so bad only where I do not tan. I mean, I do not have one blemish anywhere but about 25 on my ass and above my crotch.
