    Test And Deca Cycle

    Im on week 7 of Ara-test 2500 and QV deca300 1 c of each a week.
    In week 4 i was up 10lbs week 7 only up 14lbs. Is this right or should it be more? This is my 1st cycle. It was going to be 10 weeks,how long can i take it out before coming off?

    im 30 years old 5'8" started at 116 now 130?

    personally i gained 25lbs on my deca cycle, but everyone is different.

    i have to say though, your gain does seem a little on the low side.

    is your diet and training right? what about your gear?

    you should go to week 10, then start clomid and nolva at wk 13 (3 weeks after last deca injection).

    nolva is ok, but you will need the clomid too for PCT.

    I would have to say that you're not eating nearly enough! You need to eat 6 solid meals a day! I know you're like a 130 or something, well you should be bringing in atleast 225gms of protein and then make sure you're still getting carbs. EAT EAT AND EAT I know I'm eating every 2 hours, and I'm jamming down my gullet to do it sometimes!

    I have said this many of times...steroids without diet are a lost cause. Your meals should sit around 6 a day 3-4 solid meals and 2-3 supplement meals....250 grams of protein in a day is not that hard..chicken breasts but find something to assist in the caloric intake because chicken breast does not have many calories

    Even though it's almost a 10% gain in 7 weeks...... still might want to check your diet and/or the gear quality/dosage.

    At your height and weight you really have no business doing a cycle. You could have made these gains naturally. How long have you been lifting before you started the cycle?
