    DBOL Done

    Hi,

    Ended my four weeks of DBOL last night. Anything special I should be doing???

    Hey,

    Actually I did 30mgs. never changed my signature line. I have gained 14lbs of last check. Forgot to weigh myself at the gym this morning. I am hoping for at least 18 from the DBOL ...will let you know tomorrow.
