    juice and injuries

Im coming off of acl reconstruction surgery and i am just starting to get back to squatting. I am not close to being all the way back to were i was in the squat rack, and i dont plan on using for at least a month so i can add more strength to my bad leg before starting. I wont be 100% when i start using but i will be able to do everything in the wieghtroom. I want to comeback strong and fast because i kinda have a certain time frame for my cycle. My question is do AS have any type of effect on ligaments. My ligament has taken to my body since i am 7 months out of surgery but the leg is just week as hell. Just curious. Thanks

let it heal...AAS will mask your pain and more than likely hurt it that much worse in the long run. I have been thru it with my shoulder

as far as masking the pain, good. I will be doing the same thing regardless if im on juice or not. Just wondering if there could be some negative effect to ligaments in anyway.

yes, what im telling you is with steroids masking the pain, there is a good chance with steroids increasing your strength that you will be lifting alot more weight and at the same time not knowing your joints/ligaments cant take it because you dont feel it

True, the only way you can do it safe is to make a mild cycle and not pushing too heavy, just to help your muscle to come back to normal state. This way you can speed up the recovery, but do not abuse or you coud end up with another injury.......

The quicker you come back - the quicker you will fall!

You need to strengthen the ligaments naturally before you started adding chemicals!
You will just mask your strength capabilities and the weak ligaments will suffer and you will end up injuring yourself again.

    Take your time!
