How long post cycle should one wait to cut.

I was just wondering what a sufficient time post cycle is before one can lower their calories in an attempt to shred some bodyfat without sacrifices any of this gains. Thanks in advance.

Think of your body as a block of granite and your the sculptor. To get the sculpture the size you want it you need a bigger block of granite then the size of the finished sculpture.

You're going to lose some muscle when trying to get shredded. So if you think you have the muscle size you want to end up with, you may want to add another 10-15lbs, then cut up
