How would i run thease steroids Please help. and what should i take for post cycle recovery.

i was thinking of running the anadrol the first 2 weeks cyponate at 600mg a week and the prop at 300 a week and then the winstrol at 50mg eod at the end of the cycle

Forget the Drol...period. Put it away in your sock drawer. Base the cycle on the cyp. You have enough to run it @400mg/week for ten weeks. Use prop @ 50mg/day for the 25 days you'd be able to run it at that dose in order to "kickstart" the test in your system before the cyp saturates. Consider ditching the winny, but don't be afraid to use it the last four weeks at 50mg/day if all has gone well up until that point. If you do that, be sure to stagger the winny so that it's being used right up until the point that the cyp clears. Straight up clomid at the standard therapy dosages should get you out of that type of cycle without a problem. Also, given the test, it'd probably be a good idea to have some anti-e on hand.

yea i was thinking the anadrol would be a little much.

Cyponate at 400mg a week 10 weeks
Prop 50mg/day for 25 days
week 6 winstrol 50mg ed for 4 weeks

clomid 2 weeks after last shot 300mg ed 1 week,100mg ed week 2, 50mg ed for week 3

is this right?

Start the winny at week 6 and run it to week 12.

what do u mean by stagger the winny so that it's being used right up until the point that the cyp clears. when will it clear out?

If you run it two weeks past the test you can start clomid the day after your last dose of winny.

Not to rain on everyone's parade, hell, not that it really even matters, but with only 20ml of cyp, if you account for the loss with every inject (which few people do), you only have enough for nine weeks. Not a huge problem, but one that you should be aware of if you haven't thought of it already. When you get to the begining of week 10, chances are your vial will be empty.
