How to splitt the D-bols ?

Im going to start my 3rd cycle and it looks like this

(1-12) 800mg/w - test cyp
(1-4) 40mg/ed - d-bol

Last time I used d-bols was att 10mg/ed and i took it like 1hour befor workout. Now i wonder how should i splitt 40 mg of d-bols over a day?? im taking 5mg tabs.

Take a dose of 10 or 15 mg every three to four hours.

Split them evenly throughout the day, taking them every 3 to 4 hours.
