this is so frustrating...
I came down with a cold yesterday and today its even worse, I don't feel like eating, but i'm choking down 7 eggs right now, can't even taste them. Yesterday was an off day so i need to hit the gym today but i'm not sure if thats such a good idea. Maybe i'll sweat it out.

i've had such experiences before, i always felt better after working out. however i didn't know if thats the right thing to do

When I get horrably sick, I ussally wait until I feel better before I get back in the gym. But I try my best to keep my diet right while I am out. If I just get a little cold or something I dont let it hold my back.

Sometimes when I am feeling bad (cold or whatever), I will simply do some minor exercises - without getting overheated.
You don't even have to hit the weights - do pushups, dips,... Just moving some body weight around can be of some help - just don't over-do it when you're sick.

just make sure you still have the quality caloric intake - use shakes if you can't eat enough.

if it's a mild cold or flu, i keep going, full steam ahead...
if i'm really bogged down, feel horrible, i just stay home and rest, making sure that i keep eating right though...
