    vitex (chaste berry) at end of cycle?

    Hey ive been doing some research and found out about a supplement called vitex. It is suposed to normalize the fuctions of hormonal balance but it is for women so it might cause the opposite effect.

    Does anyone have any info on using this post cycle? thanks
