prednisone when using

im currently in my 10th week of sust only cycle. last week i some how messed my bicep up (well lifting of course) so i went to the doc he sent me to have a mri done well it came back ok . i still have tons of pain so he wants to start me on some prednisone? i know that its a type of steroid . my question if i take this will it have any adverse effects w/anything that im currently on???????????????????????// ive only got 2 more weeks left on this cycle so i dont want to cut it short even though i probably should give it time to heal.. tough call ----- anyone

I believe that is a CORTISTEROID.....which is opposite normal steroids. This can cause muscle catabolism to the nth degree.

Well Ive Only Got Two Weeks Left On This Cycle Im Wondering How Much Can I Really Lose In That Two Weeks Cause The Pain Is Some Nasty Shit

Sounds like you should just rest it and see how the injury progresses. If the pain is that bad, I would not continue to stress the muscle. On the other hand, If it is just a biceps muscle, you should be able to continue the cycle and work on other areas without pain. I cannot imagine how your anabolic cycle would have a negative effect on a soft tissue injury. Just my two cents.

Ya I Can Get Through My Work Outs If I Pop A Couple Of Tylenol. But I Know Thats Only Masking The Pain. If I Take The Prednisone What Will That Do To What Ive Gained (about 14lbs) But By Taking It It Supposed To Reduce Pain/inflamation Wich In Turn Ill Be Able To Continue To Pump????????????????
