Would 10 mg of nolva be enough?

Simple question: 1st cycle test cyp 500 mg,29 y.o., 190lbs, 10-12%bf, would 10mg a day be enough just to offset bloat, NOT as a gyno preventitive. I realize if gyno begins to up the dose to compensate. I have too many boxes coming to my house, I don't want to order liquidex. I also don't want to waste the nolva, just keep the water off. Thanks again, monday is the first shot! :dg:

10 mg of Nolvadex ED would be plenty for 500mg of Test Cyp per week...

That is amazing, this post has only been up for a min. or less, you guys rock! I was going to add that on the AR drug profile it suggested 10 mg dose as well. Any other takers?
