    Gaining Fat after T3!!

    Has anyone ever gained the weight they lost on T3 when they came off of it? Wouldnt tapering of of T3 give your body enough time to recover its natural thyroid functions so your body wouldnt be a weight gaining machine? If this is a common thing, any tips out there?

    You can either do a search on t3 or go to the steroid information sub forum, lotsa really good stuff on exactly what u are askin

    Many people DO get a "rebounding" effect after the discontinuation of T3. To avoid this...ramp down at an appropriate doseages...and keep a clean diet(flawlessly clean) for a period after the T3 cycle. Both of these are paramount to avoiding this effect!

    Ramp down the dose and consider a very low carb diet after discontinuance of use. Your body becomes sensitive to storing fat after coming off of t-3.

    the problem here is that if you start storing bf quickly after your done cycling t3, your thyroid function has been impaired (not shut down, slowed). if this has started there is a chance that even with a strict diet you'll continue to gain bf till your thyroid is back up again. i have seen it happen to a few people, just got to ride it out and consider no cheat days/meals for a period of 60 days. after that time, your thyroid should pick up again. if things get worse, go to the doc and tell him what happened, you'll get the 3 thyroid tests (tsh, t3, t4). after the tests are in, a course of action can be prescribed.

    What about t-4, the rankings give it equal fat-burning ratings to t-3 but without the same sides. Any users of t-4 care to comment as I havent used either?

    T-4 is not as strong as T-3. Make sure you continue with cardio to help with thyroid function and to prevent excess fat accumulation.

    I get major carb cravings after cycling T3, you really have to stay strict on your diet, or you will gain a bit back.
