Next cycle. Critique Please!

I'm currently 195, 6'-0 at 12%. I'm going to do a bulker this time.

Wks 1-4 Pink Thia Dbol 20 mg/dy (two cycles ago I did 15 mg/dy and it worked wonders)
Wks 1-12 Proline Test Enanthate 250 mg/wk
Wks 1-10 Proline Deca 400 mg/wk
Wks 6-12 Proline injectable anavar 30 mg/dy

Followed by the 21 day clomid and nov PCT

Hopefully this will get me to 215.


My 1st cycle was wk 1-3 dbol 15 mg/dy, wk 1-10 sust 250/wk, wks 1-10 deca 200/wk. I gained 25 lbs on this one. ;)

My 2nd cycle was Tren 75 mg eod wks 1-4, prop 100 mg eod wks 1-10, proviron 50 mg/dy wks 1-10 (I had hair loss on this one.) :frown:

My 3rd one...i'm going to stick with 250 mg of test cuzz of my hairline.

Let me know what you guys think of the cycle I have planed!

250mg of test allowed you to make substantial gains?????if it did then the cycle looks good.

I'd also consder lowering the deca to 200mg or just bump the test abit to match it

great for you that you get good results from low doses of AAS!

all the same, i would up the test if you're going to run [email protected] you're concerned about the hair, get some rogaine, or whatever is it they use to prevent hair loss. you should be able to get a script from your doc for it.

run the test at 500mg a week and keep the deca at 400mg

Thanks for the advice guys. I will keep the test at 250 just to keep from getting deca dick. I do not think your body produces 250 mg of test per wk. I have heard of people gaining 30 or more pounds on a cycle of 250 test per wk before. I think everyone is different and low doses seem to do great with me. I may up the test next time if I'm not satisfied with the results but for now I will keep it the same. I don't want to double the test of my first cycle just for the sake of the "more is better theory".

What about the anavar doses and number of weeks? Anymore advice guys? Thanks to everyone that responded!
