For those of you guys who are injecting ed or eod do you usually do it before you workout or after you workout and why?
i did it after a workout but not in the muscle group i just worked out....i later tried a couple ours b4 the gym and felt a greater pump...jus couldve been in my head tho
I don't think it matters much. I do mine in the morning after my shower.
Depends if you're using one with a high benzyl alcohol content. If you are DO NOT inject before a workout, cause you're going to be in pain during the workout, and that's obviously not what you want.
Other than that I don't think it matters. Unless you're taking a strickly androgenic steriod like methlytestosterone(although it is an oral) to increase aggressiveness and confidence before your workout.
you should do it first thing in the morning so u can feel the pumps working out.

I'm with theMudMan on that one, I shoot after I take a shower or a bath -- it doesn't have to be in the moring - as long as it's after a shower.
Personally I don't think it really matters. I've shot at pretty much all times (I gotta do it when no one's lookin in my household) :)

I'm one of those panzies that only go in their thigh, so I tend to do it before a work out unless its legs day... in that case I try to do it a day after legs since I do 2 injections a week.
I'm finally getting that point where I like injecting, UH OH who said this sh*t isn't addictive haha
showers are good I agree from what little experience I have...just so relaxed after a nice hot shower... but just because you just took a shower doesnt mean you can slack on the alchohol pad for the prep work. Many soaps leave oils behind.
i love waking up in the morning and taking a shot...its like my cup of coffee...thats what gets me going!!!!
man i could never do it in the morning...im jus not a morning person and im alwayz rushin in the morning
it depends on the cycle for me, if i shot 2x/week ill do it on the monday morning, and the thursday evening. anyway, i bleed much more if i shot in the leg after a leg day.

anytime. i like to do a delt shot on delt day. it is a little sore before the workout, but the workout actually relieve the soreness. same with legs. the night before a leg workout, and bam. soreness from the shot is gone.
I'd do it before, just to "psyche" myself up for a workout.
I shoot when ever I get a chance.
