Which do you guys perfer? I haven't tried either, but was thinking about taking liquid. Is it worth it, or is tablet the way to go.

I like the tablets better...
When u take Liquid it feels like its get stuck in the mouth or someting... A tablet u get down for sure.
I was thinking about trying Liquid clen my self couldn't one mix it with something then down it ??? juice water etc
i think dizzle sugested to wash it down with juice before

I prefer tabs unless they are greater than 20mcg. I do not trust the accurasy of splititng a 40mcg tab in half or etc.
BB so another words liquid would be just as good. The upside on the liquid is the potentcy, 120mcg per ml, imo thats seems to very potent. I just hope the quality is as good as a tabletQuote:

I've used liquid before and liked it. It's just a pain in the a** to carry around the bottle.
