Winstrol and Deca-Durabolin Cycle

Hey fello bodybuilders,

I am 20 years old been training for approximately 2 years and require some assistance on my cycle. Since this would be my first cycle, which is as follows:

Now i was wondering what eod stands for? and how often would i have to inject the winny and if 50mg would be enough? Looking to add a bit of quality muscle and have a distinctive shape for summer.

Not sure what key all said but if it was the following:

You dont have enough training experience
Thats a bad cycle (1400mg deca/wk~ )
You need test
Winstrol should be ED not EOD

Then I would agree.

CEO, was just wondering, how did you come up with that cycle if you don't know what EOD stands for? Also, 1.4g of deca is crazy. Maybe you'ld like to facilitate things abit more by telling us your goals, bf% etc etc..

we're on the same page here....

TEST TEST TEST- should be the base of every cycle you do PERIOD THE END. with out it your girlfriend wife or who ever will be very disapointed. In my opinion anything over 600Ngs a week Deca is overkill. for your first cycle I would even go less while your figuring out how your body responds.

I agree wholeheartedly.. throw in some test, or you're going to be a limp fish. See if you can get some Bromo and Nolva just in case you start to get gyno symptoms. Don't forget clomid post cylce.
