Has anyone used diuretics? and to what degree of success?
What would the dosage and duration be?
Assuming this is for competetive bodybuilding!
I know there are natural diuretics out on the market now, but I'm not talking about those. Unless someone has had honest success with them?
I know they're fairly risky, but lets talk about the potasium sparing
Any imput? I haven't seen a thread on diuretics yet?

are you planning on doing a show? if not, then there is no need for them.

I am not sure, but I have heard some people using lasix????
Better wait for another reply... I was just throwing that out there.

I've got access to free lasix (gf's dad) and I tried them once, but they're VERY harsh. Make sure to have either potassium tabs while taking it or a good supply of bannanas. I'd recommend the bannanas as they are much cheaper and just as effective. You've got to make sure you keep your potassium up or you'll suffer the worst kind of muscle cramps known to man. There's nothing worse than waking up in the middle of the night with a horrible calf cramp!

I'm talking about the Potasium sparing ones? not lasix!
