Advice for next cycle

Hey guys, i just finished a cycle of sust250. I am wanting to do another cycle but I want to plan it right with your help. I'm planning on starting late december or early january. Here's my stats and specifications.
Height - 6'4
Weight - 212
Workout - chest/tri mon
back/bi tues
leg/shoulder wed
repeat
Supplements - Muscle Milk , Vit B6
Look at my pic for body type.

I want to keep it safe, fairly low dosages, no deca, dbol, or anadrol if possible, maybe a good test with something. Also need help on right anti-e to run and right pct. Your help is much appreciated fellas. Thanks.

How did your cycle of sust look? What dosages, what kind of gains, how long did you run it, etc?

give some additional info on your last cycle please. As far asyour comment about a good test with something- that goes without saying- you need to run test as you base for anycycle you concider. I personally alternate between Fina and EQ and Winny with my test. I tend to run LONG cycles of test and switch the other 3 every 8-12 weeks and I stay monitored by my doctor.

I did 250mg every 5 days for eight shots.
I kept it low and simple to see how I would react.
No sides and gained 10 pounds of muscle.
I have very low body fat percentage and a good frame for muscle build up.

I am curios why you dont want to do deca or dbol. A simple cycle could be deca and test e with dbol.

Get a single ester test like enanthate or cypionate and go 500mg a week, have nolva on hand of gyno. You can use nolva for pct too.
