    injection ?

    today when I was taking a shot of sust 250, in the thigh with a 25g 1 it felt like a poke a nerve or something when I got the pin all the way in My muslce contracted and it felt wierd. anybody have a similair expierence and the injection site hurt more than it usually does.

    You hit a nerve. No big deal.
    That will happen fairly often when injecting the quads.

    That's why I hate inj the quads. I still do them but I hate it. Try doing you delts with the exact same pin...easy and doesn't hurt at all!!

    When you do your delts, do you rotate around the areas that you've already pinned or you just go through the scar tissue?

    I'm doing a sust/dbol cycle this winter and just wondering how you guys handle it.
