    Question cycle help

    I am about to start a cycle of sustanon . I have seen that it is good to take 500mg/week, and to take it every other day. Should I take 1/2cc every other day? I am glad a friend referred me to this site, because I was going to take 250mg once every 5 days. Also, I am planning to stack it with Deca QV 300 once a week. Can anyone help me out?

    If this is your 1st cycle, 1/2 cc eod day should be fine. That's around 440mgs per week. 10 weeks is how long I'd run it.
