the same thing happened to me, but in the butt.
some things u can do:
1. inject VERY slowly.
2. keep ur hand as steady as possible
3. go deep into the muscle, i know that everyone says "use a 1 inch needle in the delt, but i was shooting w/ a 1'1/2 (going in almost all the way) and i never had a leak after that !
best of luck bro
if it's running out after your shot, can try to imporve your injection technique. it's not the end of the world tho if yu get some leakage.
either try the z-track method, or inject slowly, and leave the needle in for a few seconds after injecting, applying pressure and massaging after withdrawing the needle.
That was the first time it ever happend to me... so that's why i was so suprised... I did inject a bit lower in the delt on account of scar tissue building up... and I did inject slowly but i never applied much pressure just because I haven't had the problem before... but thanks for the info guys.
I hate telling people this because everyone will go hyper but that is why you use a air bubble at the last - ztrack is way too hard with one hand on the delts
I've been curious about the usefulness of doing it this way. It seems to me that there would be very little waste of the gear involved in this method. Maybe you could elaborate on this a little for us...?Quote:

how much volume are we talking about. 1cc 2cc 3cc ??
you don't lose a cc, you just ooze out a little
I only shot 1cc today.
i agree..air lock is an easier method, especially when injecting in the delts. but if employing such a method, you have to be certain that you aspirate every time. i would recommend it for a more experienced person, but never for a novice who would 'forget' to aspirate.Quote:
