In search of 2 MD articles

I am currently a student at a University and am conducting a research project on why the ban on steroids should be lifted. I am in search of 2 articles that appeared in Muscular Developement last year. The first article is entitled "Time To Lift The Steroid Ban?" and appeared in MD March of 2002. The second article is "The Anabolic Control Act, The Wrong Prescription?" which appeared in MD April of 2002. If anyone has these articles, any help would be greatly appreciated.
