    Question streoids

can you get the same effect from streoids that you can get from a good diet and supplement intake ,with a good weight training routine.

What exactly are you asking?? Most guys here have a good diet and training routine (or at least they should) .. so do you want to know if supps can be as good as steroids ? I think that answer is quite obvious. However, AAS's aren't just some quick fix answer!!

Sure you can, it'll just take much longer to get the same gains. Nothing wrong with that at all.

Obviously not - when you boost your body's levels of anabolic hormones 3 fold - or more, you are obviously going to see better results.

But there are ways to better promote high endogenous testosterone production. Getting adequete sleep, avoiding overtraining, training in a way the stimulates natural hormone secretion, and above all - CALORIC INTAKE. There are studies that show, if you're energy expenditure exceeds your current caloric intake your body will attempt to lower your BMI by decreasing anabolic hormones in your body to drop weight. And in order to build protein in your body you must supply your body with enough complete protein rich foods... the amino acids from these foods are the building blocks of muscle tissue.
