I am 34 yrs old and have been competitive bodybuilder for about 15 yrs.
I won a natural competition and placed 2nd, 3rd for a several times.
My stats are:
5'7", 190lbs(off),170(on with 5%bf)
I am very serious about using gear.
Please give me some advice.
wk1~8 Sust 250mg/wk
wk1~8 EQ 400mg/wk
wk1~3 Dbl 20mg/d
What do you think?
Do you think I should have at least 500mg/wk Sus?
and also is it better to have longer cycle something like 10wk?
