I am 34 yrs old and have been competitive bodybuilder for about 15 yrs.
I won a natural competition and placed 2nd, 3rd for a several times.
My stats are:
5'7", 190lbs(off),170(on with 5%bf)
I am very serious about using gear.
Please give me some advice.
wk1~8 Sust 250mg/wk
wk1~8 EQ 400mg/wk
wk1~3 Dbl 20mg/d
What do you think?
Do you think I should have at least 500mg/wk Sus?
and also is it better to have longer cycle something like 10wk?
It all depends on whether or not they test you for the competitions. Also, I don't personally like sust, I would use T200 instead, but either way you need at least 400-600mg/w test. So, if you go with the sust, definitely do 500/w. Also, up the dbol to at least 30mg/d and run it for 4 weeks instead of 3.
I would run the test and eq for 10 weeks, but 8 is ok for your first cycle if you don't want to spend more. Make sure you have clomid for post cycle and nolv/arimidex on hand in case of gyno.
Other than that, looks great! Eat hard and start growin'!

But I am wondering that it may be wiser to have arimidex also.

At those dosages, nolvadex should be plenty. Actually you may not even need it at all (just depends on how sensitive you are to sides). I can usually get up to a gram of test a week and not see symptoms, but as soon as I stick myself with some deca, all hell breaks loose!! :eek:
But if it makes you feel safer, get it. It's never a bad idea too have to many anti-e's around, just expensive. You may want to look into liquidex (I like it much better than arimidex cuz its the same thing at half the price).

IMO, the perfect beginner cycle is 500mg test of any kind & 400mg of deca. If you want to kick start it use 40-60mg of dbol ed for the first 4-5 weeks. That will get you awesome results! Just remember if your gonna be tested that deca stays in the system for 18 months....;)
I wish I can use deca instead of EQ.
But I am planning on competing next year and I may need to have drug tested so I have to avoid using deca.
I prefer EQ to deca anyways. Deca gave my symptoms of gyno even at 400mg a week. I have run both T200 and EQ as high as 1000mg a week without signs.... I just think my body doesn't like deca or something....:(
