Current cycle is 500mg Test Enanth every week. I have only done 1 shot so far; all 500 MG in one shot . I was planning on doing 1 shot every Sunday. Whould there be any great benefit in shooting 250 MG of enanthate every 3-4 days? I don't want to stick myself any more than I have to, but if there is a sustantial benefit to 2x weekly injections, I will do it that way starting next week.

I went to 2x a week (thur and sun) because injecting 500 mg at once hurt like a son of a bitch. As for the benefits, I really couldn't tell you.
i am an advocate of shooting enan 2x per wk. this will allow you to maintain more constant blood test levels.

Yeah, most of the time splitting up that dose is the right thing to do. Keeping your blood test levels as constant as possible is a good thing.

Cyp- 17-21 days
Enan has one less carbon chain structured in the ester, thus shortening the half-life
Shooting 2x a week is recommended to keep consistancy in levels as stable as possible
You guys think it a good idea to rotate quads and glute so that each site only gets stuck once every two weeks or is glute (each cheek once a week)ok? I already have darts for my glute and I don't really want to stick my quad with a 23 G.
I usually rotate so that a site gets hit once a week.
