imo (which with $1.79 might get you a gallon of gas) any mrp to mix in with all the food you can eat in a day is great when gaining muscle! whatever you do dont cheat yourself and count anything, take in everything you can!
I have one after every workout.

met-rx is the best IMO. I like the way they taste and mix up. I use 2-3 a day. Plus 2-3 servings of just whey.
