    Question myoplex for a supp w/cycle

    sorry everyone for all of the ?'s, but i just want to get the best out of what i am doing-would myoplex be a supp to add to 1st bulking cycle-please all advise needed-thanx all

    or is there any supps out there for weight gain that you guys have faith in??

    I use 2 or 3 sachets of Myoplex or Met-Rx a day when on cycle or not.

    The protein/fat/simple&complex carb ratio plus the multi-vits is excellent IMO.

    I find that after a hard session in the gym that MRP's are perfect for chilling out in the jacuzzi or driving home from the gym.

    They get a big thumbs up from me!

    imo (which with $1.79 might get you a gallon of gas) any mrp to mix in with all the food you can eat in a day is great when gaining muscle! whatever you do dont cheat yourself and count anything, take in everything you can!

    i use the isopure mrp for mid morning anf mid after noon snacks. After workouts i ahve a double shot of straight pp with a cup of oat

    Cytogainer has to be the best weightgaining/protien powder out right now. It tastes good and it will give you all you need when you can't eat a whole food meal. A myoplex in the locker room IMMEDIATLEY after wo should be law. I use whole milk with the cytogainer so I save that for right before bed, try to eat real food and use supplements as the name implies - as a supplement when you are too busy to fix and eat a meal.

    met-rx is the best IMO. I like the way they taste and mix up. I use 2-3 a day. Plus 2-3 servings of just whey.
