Biggest Question on fat and carbs has to do with your current bodyfat percent...what is it??? As for protein, I weigh 235lbs and i take in about 350-400g daily divided into 7-9 meals(this includes about 3-4 protein shakes...ie. morning, mid afternoon, post workout, and bedtime)Quote:
