    diet ice vs. water during a cycle

    Members,

    I am addicted to ice tea. I recently switched to diet ice tea. I look at the nutrition facts at the diet ice tea and it was almost identical to the water. Can I get by drinking the diet ice tea or will I drink only water during my cycle? I need to know the difference.

    Water in solution doesn't count... you need to drink at least a gallon of pure H2O a day in ADDITION to your ice tea, juice, etc. This should be done always, whether you're cycling or not

    carry a water bottle around you at all times and keep filling it up repeatdly until you go to sleep.

    I disagree, ice tea and cyrystal light are just flavored water...you still get all the benefits of the water...

    should be close to equivalent as long as it's decaf - caffeine's a diuretic so beverages containing caffeine won't hydrate you as well as water.
