    Unhappy need help w/layout of cycle.....please

    hello everone-i certainly would appreciate any ideas on the layout of a cycle{my real 1st cycle, in the past i messed around w/some d-bol and susp before-but not enough to call a cycle} w/these AS about to be coming{i hope}-here's what i'm suppose to get::
    200 d-bol
    20 ml deca 300
    20 ml test enanthate
    and my boy is whippin' up some fina{he has enough for however long needed}
    i'm only 5'8" @ 158-need advise-i wanna gain as much as poss.-thanx to all!!!

    My advise, get your diet and training down first. No offence, but at 5'8" 158 you dont.

    Doubt thats what you wanted to hear.

    Billy_Bathgate i appreciate the advise bro-but i'm doing everything i can do to gain-so any other info on the cycle-i know man im hard headed-thanx bro

    You cant be doing everything. Trust me I know, I was there. I started lifting at 5'7" 150lbs.

    to be honest w/you Billy_Bathgate i couldnt break it down for on the intake of cal's,protein..etc...i eat and eat-like anything i can such as tuna and chicken everyday//2-3 whey shakes//forcing anything down-training::1 muscle group a day-so you are right im not doing everything i could-please help me out w/ a diet plan and the cycle -appreciate it bro...

    Well, I woudlnt call myself a diet expert or anything but I know how to get the job done.

    At your size, I think I would shoot for about 3500cals right now.

    275protien
    475carbs
    55 grams monosaturated fat

    Keep in mind you are bulking as much as you can.

    The 2 biggest meals to me are post workout.

    Right after training, I would go with 50 protien, 75 simple carbs , 15 monsaturated fat (flax, fish, olive oil etc) Thats 635 right there

    45-60 min later a solid meal

    50grams protien
    100grams complex carbs
    10 grams monosaturated fat

    Thats basically a nice chicken breast with some veggies or salad. Whatever you like really. Thats another 690 cals.

    The rest really depends on your schedule.

    You ahve 2175 cals left. Thats not much really.

    Split that down into maybe 3 or 4 more meals. Thats about 540cals a meal. 35g protien 75g carbs.

    ID keep the carbs as complex as you can, I put on much less fat that way. The exception being post workout.

    I also like to finish the night with about 40-60grams whey before bed and start the day off with it.

    How old are you? If you going to be on Juice, you need to have your diet planned out before hand. If you don't know how many calories/protien/carbs you are taking in, you need to figure that out before anything. Like Billy said, you critique your diet, you can blow up, even though I know that's not what you want to hear.

    Here's what I'd lay out though:
    1-4 dbol 35mg ED
    1-10 Deca 300mg/wk
    1-13 Test E 500mg/wk

    You mentioned the AAS you are getting, but you didn't mention you PCT. DO NOT start a cycle until you have everything.

    The kind of gains you can achieve will have to do with you. Matters what your genetics look like and especially your diet.
