quad injection ,knee swelling??

Allright bros, second shot, left quad, 1 1/2 cc test cyp (bd), 25g 1" pin. I followed alll the rules, only 2nd shot (1st was in right quad), asspirated, everything very sterile, pushed real slow , shook like a leaf. Now I have alot of swelling over my knee, alot of pressure, it is about 6" away from my injection site, but it hurts. I can't hardly bend my leg past 90 degrees. I don't think it is an abcess, not very hot, but it is sore to the touch. Anyone ever have this happen? HELP!

How long after your injec. before swelling started?

What activities have u did u do between injec. and swelling ( ie weights, sports, etc.)?

workout legs the day before, upper body since. Swelling pain set in about 12 hrs after shot, still no fever, I don't think it is an ascess. Any ideas?

It might be just a strain in the knee. i have not heard of this type of prob before. But some one else might have.
Were it is so far from the injection sight i would not say it was from that. I do my leg shots higer in the leg though. I got a nerve lower and it hurt like a mother!!
Try some advil for a day or so. If it stays for more than 2 days i would go see a doc.

Dont insult the board, I was trying to help you out. Take the pain like a man. if you want your questions answered dont be an ass. The swelling is due to the BA, same thing has happened to me before. Try injecting in the glute with a 1.5 next time. The swelling will go down but it will take a day or two. Try to stretch it as much as possible!!!

Not sure exactly where u injected, it does sound alittle low...go to anabolic review homepage, roid inject. info, there's a pic of a quad injection.

If swelling cont. go see a doc.

Hopefully just a sprain or strain. Good luck bro and keep us posted.

My knee felt a little funny after my first injection. I dont know prolly pressure on the nerves and or blood vessles. If pain occurs id see a doc after a day or two.
