400 or 500mg of Test E

Just curious because I have two 10mL bottles for a total of 4000mg for a ten week cycle. I know everyone on here pretty much suggests 500mg/wk so what would be the major difference? I will not be running this cycle for some time so if need be I will buy another bottle, which brings up another point. If I do buy another bottle, that will leave me with 6000mg, so why not just do 600mg/wk? BTW I will be running Dbol for the first 4 weeks at 35mg/day and already have clomid and nolvadex. Just do the 400 if your running dbol with it.
