    deca and eq?

    hey guys i want to do a deca and eq cycle 200mg deca 2x a week and not sure what i should do for the eq?also i am kind of pron to gyno and i read theres nothing u can take to prevent deca gyno? ne suggestions? will the eq keep water retention down?

    5'7 204 ilb around 12% body fat

    any other cycle suggestions feel free thx bros

    You need to use test in this cycle. You need to have nolva onhand incase u get gyno, but I wouldn't use it unless u get symtoms.
    Week 1-11 Test 500mgs
    Week 1-10 eq 400mgs
    Week 1-10 Deca 400mgs
    CLomid at the end.
