Take the Eq in two 200 mg shots per week. or if you dont mind injections, do it 4 times at 100 mgs
I would extend the cycle just a few weeks. You will see better results with the EQ at 12 weeks and I would run the winny from weeks 9 - 14 if you decide to extend the cycle if not 7 - 12 will be good. The test will help you out with your joints.
Cycle looks good...... Do you plan on running anti-e's in your cycle or just have them on hand?
I would drop the winny...winny is not so good for the joints...add liquidex fo the bloat. I would do a Mon. - Thurs. shot...No Eq is not like deca when it comes to helping with joint pain..
having them on hand is what i was planing... liquidex is an anti e right? how often should i do the liquidex and if i do exsend it to 12 weeks will 10-14 of winny be harmful to my joints or will be fine or is 10-14 a waste? thx bros
I would run the anti-e's through your cycle and yes Liquid-dex is one. Use .25 to .5 ED to keep bloating down.Quote:

Hopefully you will not get gyno but yes .5 should be fine with estrogene related sides like gyno. If you're worried about getting gyno get nolva and run the liquidex at .5 and nolva at 20mg.Quote:

I agree with Mud. I did Winstrol and took glucosamine way to late. I had to stop at week 4 because of severe joint pain. Winny will dry you out!!!
Again, drink PLENTY and I mean PLENTY of water. Something else I did not do!!!!!!
Bro don't do 50mg of Winny. Lower to to 30mg to start with, than increase if you really want to. You will not notice that great of a hardening affect difference from 50mg to 30mg, but YOU WILL notice much more severe joint pain and DHT's sides, namely acne and hair thinning if you are susceptible. I would seriously consider lowering the dosage. Good luck.
