    Clen and track dont mix

    I was doing a cycle of clen just to lose a few pounds. I also run track. I was taking my last clen at 1 pm. I didnt hit the track until 6 but that shit killed my breathing. I couldnt do any sprinting. I think im gonna just stick with eca cause clen and running dont mix. Just to let people know.

    I know that once I end a clen cycle I cant freakin' breath for days...Your body get used to the clen to help you breath better than you take it way...it shuts your lungs down pretty hard...

    yea it also made me cramp up when i ran . dont know if this happened to ne 1 else

    To prevent cramping (in most cases this works) take 1 teaspoon a day of a salt alternative called "no-salt" <---thats the brand name, but theres other brands of course.

    My calfs cramped up a few times. The ephedra Opened my lungs back up.
    I dont think I will fuck with the clen during track season anymore. I still have enough left for another cycle, I guess i will give it to my girl.

    To avoid cramp take 3-5 grams of taurine daily. You can also take potasium pills or just eat banannas.

    eat banannas in your morning snack...that helped me out with my hams and calves...like nevaenough saids taruine's good too.
