well i will give you all a little bio first about me, and then what i want to do. i am 22 years old, 6"4, 275 pounds. i have done one previous cycle when i was 20, and got some solid gains, and figure it is time to try again. right now i am at about 15% body fat (i do have slight definition in my abs, which i feel is a personal accomplishment being 275) my previous cycle consisted of 500 mg a week sust, 400 mg a week deca for 8 weeks. with clomid post cycle per usual
here is what i am planning now. i have submitted threads before and got some reply, but i would like one final go at it before i start.
week 1 40 mg/day thai dbol , 400 mg/week norma hella deca, 240 mg/week sten, 50 mg/3 days test prop
week 2 40 mg/day thai dbol, 400 mg/week norma hella deca, 240 mg/week sten, 50 mg/3 days test prop
week 3 40 mg/day thai dbol, 400 mg/week norma hella deca, 240 mg/week sten, 50 mg/3 days test prop
week 4 40 mg/day thai dbol, 400 mg/week norma hella deca, 240 mg/week sten, 50 mg/3 days test prop
week 5 400 mg/week norma hella deca, 240 mg/week sten, 50 mg/3 days test prop
week 6 400 mg/week norma hella deca, 240 mg/week sten, 50 mg/3 days test prop
week 7 400 mg/week norma hella deca, 240 mg/week sten
week 8 400 mg/week norma hella deca, 240 mg/week sten
week 9 nothing
week 10 nothing
week 11/12/13 clomid day 1, 100 mg/day, day 2-10 50 mg/day, day 11-20 25 mg/day
plus nolvadex in case of gyno.
so what do you guys think, does this look ok or can i improve on it at all. my diet will consist of about 450-500 g of protein, 200-250 g of carbs (eaten mostly byl mid afternoon), and enough fat intake to supply me with the basic requirements.
i will try to post a before pic if i can figure out how to transfer a pic from my video camera to the computer, so that you guys can critique my physique. any help on this cycle is greatly appreciated in advance

Never used Sten so I can't help you in that department but I would suggest running this cycle for 10 weeks min. And if your going to use test prop I would suggest 100mgs ed. But it's easier to get a longer acting gear like Enth or Cyp.
Week 1-4 D-bol 40mgs ed
Week 1-10 Deca 400mgs
Week 1-11 Test E 500mgs (maybe 750mgs)
CLomid for 4 weeks at the end.
And like I said I don't know about the Sten but I'm sure someone else can help you with that..

i was thinking about bumping it up to 480 mg/week of sten

i have read and heard that sten is a fairly strong test compound, very similar to sustanon .
plus i was able to obtain a large amount of it for extremely cheap in cancun, and now have it in abundant supply

i would just change the prop to eod, instead of 3x a week, you'll get more stable blood levels. just my .02. cycle looks great otherwise.

Not that I have a huge issue with that.
However, dbol is historically used to jump start a cycle. Prop is used for this purpose as well but is also used during cutting cycle's etc, etc...
So your running a short and a long test ester almost throughout the whole cycle side by side.
Also, at 275 pounds you may want to consider increasing the dbol to 50mg/ed and the deca to 600mg/wk.

I must agree with Diesel, up the dose. I am 6'5", 250lbs and just did;
35mg dbol /w
400mg deca /w
Not much of a difference/gain. However, if I were you I would almost double your calorie intake. Now you might get 500*4 + 250*4 + 100*9 = 3900 cals. Assuming you will not eat more then 100g of fat/day. That is not much food. For gaining you should at least aim for 20 cal per lbs, in your case 5500cal, and you might break 300lbs...ooooohhhh, big!!

A lot of people like to stack equipose with their cycles, it's great for lean mass and vascularity, not to mention making you hungry.

i was planning on keeping my fats to about 80 g per day, while trying to intake about 6000-6500 calories a day,

the first and formost way to get alot of calories a day is i found by taking a quality weight gainer. Mammoth 2500 or NLarge will give you anywhere between 700-1000 calories per shake, and taken 2 or 3 times a day will give you a fair amount of extra calories right off the bat, add in eating 4 or 5 meals a day and you will have no problem topping 5 k for caloric intake, still being able to watch your fat intake.
