    nutrion question

    im taking sust250. what should i eat or take along with it? i take protein shake but what else should i take? i weigh160 and of course i want to gain mass, but i do not want to get fat. can i take creatine or nitretex along with a calorie shake? please give me your input.

    at 160 you need to be crammin whatever you can get your hands on down your throat.

    i would take this question to the diet section they would give you much better idea. Also you could do a search for cycle diets or bulking cycle
    or bulking diets. something like that

    Steak, chicken, tuna and anything else you can shovel in your mouth. But it does'nt matter if your diets clean if your not hitting the weights hard and decent cardio,everything will turn to b/f. Make sure you have a good workout program or you'll be wasteing your time (and gear).

    should i do some type of cardio with my workout? i am trying to gain weight and mass, not lose it?

    ALWAYS include cardio (1 or 2 days/week) when you use all the protein and carbs that your bod needs to rebuild or use for energy and if your not burning the extra carbs it will be stored as b/f, thats why i usually cut carbs out after about 7pm and eat something that metabolises slowly(beef....its whats for dinner) so it does'nt get stored as fat while i sleep. But you'll still need cardio unless you get up in the middle of the night for a workout.

    At 160, how old are you and what is your cycle like?

    im 21 160 lbs. this is my first cycle of sust250. i wanted to strat out slow before i start stacking.

    Next time have your diet in check before you start using AS. It is very important to have the right diet because your diet effects your gains.

    you're too young and too light to cycle IMO

    should have ate and trained for another year at minimum
