Insulin users. quest. about morning meal

If your taking slin preferably Humalog upon waking can you give an example of your meals.

I've been taking Humalog post-workout for 1 week(up to 8 iu's), and thinking about adding it in the morning(4-5 iu's). I'm also on HGH, taking 4.5 iu's total, split into 2.25 upon waking and 2.25 pre-workout, and Cytomel 25mcg/day. As well as being on Test/Anavar and Fina soon.

Wondering if everyone just takes a simple carb/high protein shake after injecting then a normal breakfast 45-60 min later. Or do some more experience guys inject then just eat a normal breakfast of mainly comlpex and some simple carbs as well as protein? then just eat another meal about 2 hour later.

10 simple carbs per iu + 50 protien in a shake then the next meal is the same only in solid foods. No fat in either meal. I wouldn't change anything from post work out to morning, i'd use the same set up only use less slin in the AM.

I use Slin in the morning and after workouts. 10ius both times. for the morning I take my shot with a powdered gatorade drink then I eat my breakfast eggwhites fruit or oatmeal fruit. hour later I have a protein shake. I use Humalog also and never have a problem I do something similiar for afterworkouts but change it a little.
