HRT?

I have been trying to get my dad back to the gym he is way over weight I would say 5'9 240 mostly all fat could he benefit from HRT?

Sounds like he may need to start on a diet first. Not trying to sound like a dick, cause my dad's in about the same boat, but a little exercise and a cleaner diet could help alot.

yeah thats the hard part trying to put him on a diet he goes to the gym off and on but just does cardio for 1 1/2 to 2 hours then leave

Have him go to the Dr and get his test levels checked

Have him checkout Modern Therapy in Florida. Good clinic and good advice. If I run across the web address I will post it for you. They are pricey but it is all legit and legal. If he did what would be concidered low dose here HGH therapy he would get some pretty amazing results. I ran what would be concidered really low dose here for 8 weeks and got incredible results. 1 1/2 ius of Saizen 5 days a week and 200mg of Deca /week. I went from 13% bodyfat at 205 to 228lbs at 7.5% bodyfat in 8 weeks. I hope this helps.
