i got 20 bottles of winny 20ml each 50 mg per ml
i wanna get cut and some people told me to take 1 ml ed
to get cut with a good diet and a lot of protein
so what do you think to go with that or should i add something else to this?
i`m 22 220 pounds
working out 5 years
around 20% body fat
i never used winny before but i used sus deca and dbol
i also do 5 days a week cardio for 45 min
and eat something like 2500 cal a day

How bout this; go ahead, since you have 20 bottles, drink 1ml ed for 4 weeks...... see a change? Probably not... feel a change, probably... so don't waste anymore time or money taking WV while your body fat is a little high. WV works to make your muscles hard. It won't do a damn thing for burning fat. So, if you take it with 20% fat, you're not gonna be impressed.. so here's what you do, not trying to be a smart ass:
If you're not sure about your diet-go to the diet forum, learn as much as you can. diet down to 10-12% take another 4 weeks WV... you will see a slight change, you will look harder...... k?
Diet down even further....6-8% take 4 weeks WV.... can you see a change? you're damn right you can....
WV is worthless unless your BF is already low, it will make your muscles hard and push through your skin during low bf...
If you have any questions on your diet shoot me a pm with your stats.... at 20% it should take you 15-20 weeks of damn near perfect dieting before you should even consider WV.

I agree with tbulldog..
but another option would be DIET CARDIO .. AND prop, wv and tren .. with a ECA stack.. the prop and tren while help u keept ur muscle while dieting.. i made a boo-boo the first time i dieted..... i did it without gear.. lost ALOT of muscle.. never again
