    nile sustanon ?????

    ive never used sust. before and ive reserched, but read alot of different stories. should i run it 250 every third day, say monday, thurs, sunday, wed. ect.? or just twice a week ,say, mon. and thurs. ive just heard alot of different variations. any help from past experiences??? thanks bros. sust 500 per week, deca 300 per week, for twelve weeks, with clomid at end of cycle.
