    workout schedule

    im gonna do 3 hours a day at least but what im wondreing is if i can work oiut the same muscle everyday i know your not supposded to normaly but what about when your on test

    I would do what bermich said if I thought what you were doing was ok.

    Bro you will look like an old man when your finished in a few weeks of all the overtraining. An hour to train is enough...... bro reconsider wgat your thinking of doing and by all means do more research.
