    Clean Calories

    can someone give me a hand with some ideas for upping my caloric intake. im taking about 3000 now but i think there is a lot of fat in the ones im taking. thanks

    ur best bet is to post ur current diet with ur stats and goals.. in the right forum

    blarge, you might consider reposting in the correct forum, then selectign the "edit" button on your original post. When the post comes up, select delete. It just saves a little bandwidth.
