Deca lubes the joints,but myself,if I were you just let it heal naturally.I had some shoulder problems for some time.HGH shots are what got me back.Took about three months and alot of money,but got the job done.Sorry couldn't be much more help,but hope you recover quickly.Good Luck. DBQuote:

How many times has you shoulder subluxated in the past, or is y\this the first time? Go to a doc to find out if there is any damage. Doc will likely give you some anti inflammatories and tell you to rest it. Check out a physiotyherapist for a shoulder strengthening program. Pretty gross feeling but don't worry you get used to it after awhile.
it doesnt sound seriouds? if it doeant hurt or anything and if u have a da full use of ur arm then it doesnt sound serious. dont worry about deca, it will heal naturally just take it easy on it for a while.

only start your cycle if you are fully healed and back into shape. dont start when you are just healed. get your shoulder back to its original shape before you hit the juice.
