You Die HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA actuallyI dont know I would never make that mistake to find out.
That is why you aspirate before you inject. Injecting into a vein would be bad, but is easily avoidable.
I always aspirate when injecting, but there have been times where I have barely penetrated through a vein and there have been minimal amounts that are absorbed into the blood stream. It will circulate to heart then into the lungs and, for me, I then start to have an almost uncontrollable cough and its usually only during inspiration. Its your body's natural reaction to eliminate the foreign substance out of the lungs. This is why I always inject very slowly. If I start to feel the cough coming on I know I have restick.
