    Ruptured navel....

    I think I ruptured my navel. It's a small lump on top of my navel that I can push back into my stomach. Has this ever happened to anyone else? My dad had surgery for the same problem and couldn't lift for a month. I'll lose 15lbs. if I can't lift for a freakin month.
