im going to isolate two groups every other day very intensley so im only doing every muscle one a week. im on deca test and dbol
5 sets for each type of set typicaly at least three different types sets per mucsle group 8 to ten reps. until failure every set
mon chest/back
tues. off
wed. tris/bis/shoulders
thurs. off
fri. thighs/calves
how does this sound ive read a few things on schedules while juicing and this seems to be the most popular for mass and strength

I train like I always do if I'm on or not.... but if this works for you great..... I would put some abs and forearms in there......looks good.
